I've added a section, https://www.w3.org/2013/csvw/wiki/F2F_Agenda_2015-02#Attendee_List for attendees to sign up, and a regrets section so we can keep track of who has said they won't make it. I've added you there already, Bill. I've also linked Ivan's hotel shortlist from the relevant section, and added a note that if attendees have diet, accessibility etc. related concerns that might be usefully planned around, to please contact me directly as local organizer.
