Jeni, Gregg: as far as I could see, the model and syntax documents do not contain a conformance section (I am actually surprised that respec did not generate a default). I think that is required for publication. Actually, this may be the right place to talk about separate conversion and validator implementations that we discussed at the F2F. (I am queuing this mail on my mail client while on the plane, hence I did not raise a separate issue.)
