A lesson from Yakov's examples...

The examples of Yakov in Hebrew and Arabic may have an immediate effect on the syntax document:

- Section 5, parsing: the definition of 'skip column' should specify somehow (maybe a different parameter?) what the 'beginning of each row' means. I guess in RTL those are the highest indexed columns. This also has an effect on the way step #7 is interpreted in the algorithm.
- Similar comments may apply on the meaning of the comment prefix. Should the comment line be the one _ending_ with a comment prefix (I am not 100% sure, actually)


Jeni, I did not want to touch the document because you have the pen, so to say, but these should probably be added as issues...
