Chinook sample database (Northwinds-like)

For those who remember the old "Northwinds" sample database, Chinook
appears to be a successor.

The license looks broadly liberal although IANAL, and it is available
in several dump formats (but not CSV as far as I can see).

I was thinking it might make a convenient small medium-complexity
example that's close to RDB-like use cases, yet simpler and with
smaller dataset than MusicBrainz
