I added myself as a contributor because I have included a fair amount of
interpretation and synthesis of your original. One of the things that
wasn't clear to me was "why is RDF important anyway" - as your use case was
predicated on the transformation to RDF but didn't actually say why this
was necessary :-) ... so I found a reason to transform to JSON and RDF
based on drivers within UK public sector open data policy.

One thing we could do with is to include a real example of data which we
might then be able to use in test suites later ... we could add this during
the review period of FPWD.
