Meeting timing for next week

Due to the difference between the US and Europe on when to start DST, there will be a temporary change in the telco timing for the meetings on the 12, 19, and 26 of March.

- for European participants NOTHING CHANGES
- for US participants, the MEETING WILL BE ONE HOUR LATER

(Due to a large number of European participants and the early hours in the US, the meetings schedule has been set to European time once and for all...)
