Hi all - I have tidied up the requirements @ <http://w3c.github.io/csvw/use-cases-and-requirements/> & fleshed them out where necessary. Thanks to the team for feedback on where to concentrate.

I have removed 3 requirements are duplicates.
-    R-ZeroEditcompatibility
-    R-ExternalDataDefinitionResource
-    R-LinksToExternallyManagedDefinitions

& updated the wiki page @ https://www.w3.org/2013/csvw/wiki/Requirements_analysis
