Re: CSVW javascript implementation -- first pass

Terrific!

One practical thing: I think it is actually better to keep it on your personal github repo. I have moved out my implementation from the main repo, too, and I think it is a better practice to do so, otherwise we all will have way too many pulls to perform to keep things up to date for things that are not the 'official' document development...
