Editorial comments on "Model for Tabular Data and Metadata on the Web"

Regarding
http://w3c.github.io/csvw/syntax/

1. In some places the term "core data model" is used, such as in the
title of section 2.1, but in other places the term "core tabular data
model" is used. It would help if this and other WG documents used one
term consistently throughout, as otherwise it leaves the reader
wondering if there is a difference, and if so, what it is.

2. Also, section 2 is currently entitled "Tabular Data Model", but given
that that section defines three data models, the title should probably
be plural: "Tabular Data Models".

Thanks,
David
