IE11 and Firefox 39.0a1 buildID=20150312145815 pass all 4 tests. Prince 9.0.5 fails box-offsets-rel-pos-vrl-002.xht and passes box-offsets-rel-pos-vrl-004.xht. Review comments are welcomed. Rel. pos. tests with percentage values have not been created so far.
