css-supports-028 should probably be removed from the test suite
since it's basically the @-moz-document version of css-supports-026
for @media.

But css-supports-027 should probably be turned into an @media test
(just like the delta from 028 to 026).

But we'll probably want to keep both tests on the Mozilla side.
