Hello,

[RC6]
http://test.csswg.org/suites/css2.1/20110323/html4/table-layer-transparency-011.htm

[nightly-unstable]
http://test.csswg.org/suites/css2.1/nightly-unstable/html4/table-layer-transparency-011.htm

<title>CSS Test: The background between cell borders is the table
background</title>

        <meta name="assert" content="The background between cell borders
(using the separated borders model) is the background of the
table element.">

I wonder why the test's table does not have borders around its cells;
this absence seems awkward or inappropriate considering the test title
and assert.

I also think that the assert should state that border-spacing will be
displayed between borders of the cells on the edge of a table and the
table border.

Proposal

Note that the orange borders should form 9 squares, not just 9 rectangles.
Chrome 19.0.1084.46 passes this test.
