The 5th tests (001e, 002e and 003e) will have to be reevaluated once
http://test.csswg.org/suites/css2.1/nightly-unstable/html4/height-table-cell-001.htm
(1) has been approved. These are important tests that have border of a
cell overlapping bottom right area of a table-{row|header|footer}-group
element.

The current
http://test.csswg.org/suites/css2.1/nightly-unstable/html4/background-position-applies-to-004.htm
could be removed as we already have 2 other tests on this, otherwise it
should be corrected.

background-position-applies-to-005.htm and
background-position-applies-to-006.htm are most likely incorrect too.
