I have created 4 new tests based on your respective post
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-style/2011Apr/0743.html
and test page
http://www.brunildo.org/test/TablesBM2_s.html

I have added your names in <link rel="author">.

The 4 tests are relevant and useful because they clarify a somewhat weak
edit of the spec with regards to table column width and cell padding.

Right now, Opera 12.0 fails all 4 tests.

I made sure those 4 tests had 2 columns and 2 rows and that those
tests's reftest would be an already available and often reused reftest.
