All those tests were auto-generated from reftest pairs, so any time the 
reftest has an id the generated test will have a duplicate id.  In 
practice, this isn't really a problem, in my opinion.  The test 
generator is careful to order the test before the reference, so all id 
lookups hit the test, not the reference.
