Section 17.4 Tables in the visual formatting model http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS21/tables.html#model and it "collides" with [nightly-unstable] http://test.csswg.org/suites/css2.1/nightly-unstable/html4/anonymous-table-box-width-001.htm In testcase table-anonymous-block-003, the black bar (table box) should as wide as the blue bar (caption).
