Metadata issues

Seeming there was some disagreement about making pure metadata changes 
now, here's a bunch of metadata issues:

page-break-inside-006 is missing the "paged" flag.
c5504-mrgn-l-002 is missing the "interact" flag (see below).
text-decoration-065 is missing the "animated" flag (the pass condition 
requires it to not blink, so it can't be determined via screenshot).
background-bg-pos-205 is missing the "interact" flag (see below, again).

On those which should have the interact flag, they're testing scrolling 
behaviour (which IMO falls under the definition for the interact flag, 
as well as that of the scroll flag, which is really just the requirement 
for scrolling media).
