Potentially confusing wording in outline*-applies-to-010

These tests all talk about a "box", which makes me, at least, think of a  
rectangular area (maybe this is just influenced by what CSS calls a box, I  
don't know). But outlines may be non-rectangular. Perhaps the text should  
clarify this.
