This test assumes that BR is parsed using an HTML5 parser. This is not required for the CSS test suite.

I recommend splitting off this last test into a separate file and providing both a HTML4 and an HTML5 test and state that at least one of the two should match the reference. The new test should also be marked with a 'should' flag since HTML4 really doesn't define the behavior.
