I'm reasonably sure something is wrong with:
http://test.csswg.org/suites/css2.1/20101001/html4/replaced-intrinsic-ratio-001.htm
http://test.csswg.org/suites/css2.1/20101001/xhtml1/replaced-intrinsic-ratio-001.xht
since it has a style rule with selector "#p5" but there's no element
with id="p5".

I still don't understand the test, though.
