margin-collapse-160 has unclear pass condition

These tests have an unclear pass condition.  The text should use
"This text should be at the top of the first page" and "This text
should be at the top of the second page" because the first sentence
makes it seem like the second sentence, which should be at the top
of the first page, should actually be at the top of the second page.
