Anything in contributors/*/submitted is added, regardless of whether it 
has metadata or not.

contributors/mozilla/submitted/css2.1/generated-content/before-after-display-types-001-ref.xht
contributors/mozilla/submitted/css2.1/generated-content/before-after-display-types-001.xht

also have -moz-* properties in them.
