These tests: http://test.csswg.org/suites/css2.1/20101001/html4/inline-formatting-context-020.htm http://test.csswg.org/suites/css2.1/20101001/xhtml1/inline-formatting-context-020.xht are invalid because they make unreasonable assumptions about the metrics of the default font.
