font-family-name-016 invalid due to numbers in unquoted font-family names

Based on the recent clarifications to the rules for parsing
'font-family', these tests are invalid because the font family
"CSSTest Weights 400" must be quoted since 400 is not an identifier.

(It looks like all the test was intended to test was that the family
name worked when unquoted, so I think it should be removed, but
perhaps it was intended to test more than that?)
