The default, implied value for defer attribute is "defer" in HTML 4.01.

I have said that such testcase should have the HTMLonly flag in
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-css-testsuite/2010Sep/0161.html
because of this.

Any testcase using/testing the minimized form (like checked, readonly,
selected) could be coded in the same manner too.
