I think it makes sense as an id.

I worked around this in my testinfo.data reader:
http://hg.mozilla.org/users/dbaron_mozilla.com/css21-implementation-report/file/54c5cb2545c8/split-testinfo-data.py#l49
in a way that would be perfectly happy if it changes to an id in the
future.
