before-after-display-types-001 pass criteria

Hello public-css-testsuite,

The test before-after-display-types-001 has no clear pass criteria. No instructions are listed. The test assumes the tester is intimately familiar with the source of the test.

This probably explains why the test results

show one pass and seven 'uncertain'.
