[CSS 2.1] BETA1 testset abspos-containing-block-initial-001-ref.xht incorrect.

Hi,

In the file 'abspos-containing-block-initial-001-ref.xht' an additional
// is added in the schema definition (between DTD and XHTML):
PublicID	"-//W3C//DTD//XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN"	
This should be "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN"

I know some other files in the previous testset has this as well,
however in this testset, this is the only remaining one.
