[RC4] text-indent-113 reference

The reftest manifest for text-indent-113 lists "text-indent-114" for the (negative) reference. While it's odd to have another test and not a "-ref" file for the reference I suppose that could be OK (I didn't look at the tests themselves to evaluate that), however, text-indent-114 itself has a reference file. Wouldn't it be better for text-indent-113 to use "text-indent-114-ref" for the reference file?
