This test may fail in a number of scenarios where the content is scaled either by the user agent (zoom, phone) or the rendering device (projector). It also assumes the user agent is able to obtain accurate DPI from the system. 

This test currently fails in all major browsers.

This case needs to be removed from the test suite or we need to come up with a more reliable way to measure the test.
