This case is currently invalid. The reference line of the test has '&ensp;', '&emsp;' and '&thinsp;' characters in it. This makes the case invalid because the test line of the case assumes that the number '02', '03' and '09' are in the reference line where the space characters are currently.

This case needs to be updated or removed from the CSS 2.1 test suite.
