Should we consider adding
    <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8">
to the HTML version of the tests so that they work when downloaded?
(I'm assuming we're sending it as an HTTP header, at least?  Can't
check right now, since I'm writing this offline.)
