The latest _stable_ version.  For purposes of layout testing, it's code 
that's about a year old, for what it's worth.  Not that this matters in 
this case.

No one ever reported the bug to Mozilla?  I certainly see no bug reports 
that include that URL, nor any bug reports that really cover this 
problem (though https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=41412 may 
be somewhat related).
