[Bug 24230] New: Revised "initial containing block" definition to read "initial containing block (ICB)"

https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=24230

            Bug ID: 24230
Summary: Revised "initial containing block" definition to read
                    "initial containing block (ICB)"
           Product: CSS
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: PC
               URL: http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS2/visudet.html#containing-bloc
                    k-details
                OS: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: CSS Level 2
          Assignee: bert@w3.org
          Reporter: mike@w3.org
        QA Contact: public-css-bugzilla@w3.org

At http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS2/visudet.html#containing-block-details
change the text "The containing block in which the root element lives is a
rectangle called the initial containing block." to read "The containing block
in which the root element lives is a rectangle called the initial containing
block ICB)."

"ICB" is used as an abbreviation for "initial containing block" by CSS
implementors and spec authors -- but the term "ICB" is not actually used in any
CSS specs, so its meaning it only obvious to those already in the know.
