feColorMatrix and feComponentTransfer (used by sepia, grayscale, saturate,
hue-rotate, invert, opacity, brightness and contrast) operate on
non-premultiplied colors.

feGaussianBlur and feComposite (used by blur and drop-shadow) operate on
premultiplied colors. Custom filters as well.

Not necessarily a problem if the UAs do the right thing.
