Reported by Simon Sapin

10.6.5 ([Height, margins etc. of] absolutely positioned, replaced elements)
provides a sequence of substitutions to ensure good used values of 'height',
'margin-top', 'margin-bottom', 'top' and 'bottom'.

However, it fails to cover the case of an absolutely positioned, replaced
element with an auto value for 'top' and 'margin-top' and a non-auto value for
'bottom' and 'margin-bottom'.
