[Bug 15958] Remove links to SVG Transforms

I started this by adding a new section for mathematical descriptions of
transformation functions. We still have a link to SVG that describes the
coordinate space.

I still think that we should have it in CSS Transforms. If others agree, I'll
port it to CSS Transforms and try to generalize it more.
