Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-writing-modes] Does vertical writing mode of an HTML body element cause an orthogonal flow? (#3066)

@fantasai,

We have already [6 tests in the css-writing-modes-3_dev test suite](http://test.csswg.org/suites/css-writing-modes-3_dev/nightly-unstable/html/chapter-8.htm#s8) challenging, verifying this quoted statement:

> if the root element has a body child element [HTML], the principal writing mode is instead taken from the values of writing-mode and direction on the first such child element instead of taken from the root element.

Do we actually need to add more tests dedicated on that statement in the css-writing-modes-3_dev test suite? There are [20 other tests listed in bug report 1102175 comment 25](https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1102175#c25)
