Unfortunately it is not completely obvious as the box extends over more than the section. If it was completely obvious then I would not have found a problem - it was bizarre clicking on a link and finding information on a different subject to what I was expecting. Having to click on the link to find out what it is is a poor UX. Would it be really difficult to include what the box refers to in the head of the box?
