Which would only happen when the same font face name is defined in both outside the shadow tree and within the shadow tree, and someone sets the inline style declaration in order to refer to the one defined outside the shadow tree? That just seems like implausibly minor scenario. I literally can't think of a concrete  situation in which this will be happening in real life by accident.
