Re: [csswg-drafts] [meta] in speech, etc

If you think speech should be omitted, then sure, remove "in speech" but I'd leave the rest of the sentence intact and present. It's describing the scope of intent for CSS, and it is correct in that sense.

PS @svgeesus please use data to back up claims such as "little used on the open Web". I don't know how much XHTML is on the web, but I'm certain that XML is very widely used.
