@kojiishi, my proposal had length and unsafe and safe and all that stuff because as far as I could tell, you insisted on having length, and I was trying to make that safer without removing length. As you know say you can live without it, things get much simpler, and we don't need all that stuff anymore. So, between the current spec and > Proposals > 1. line-height-step: none | auto | [ <length> [ safe | unsafe ]? ] > 2. line-height-step: match-parent | none | auto I prefer proposal 2, without much hesitation.
