Re: [csswg-drafts] [selectors-4] Case-sensitive attribute selectors

I think there should be added to spec all attributes which are currently handled in "special manner" by more than 1/2 of modern browsers. 

There are: type, checked and disabled. I checked "id" and "name" and it works due spec. There probably are more "spacial" selectors ane we must find them by tests. 

The "type" and "checked" are used in "special mode" on many of sites. 

Probably all [] selectors with **disclosed list of values** will work in this "spacial" manner. This shall be described globally in the spec. Disclosed list is for example type. We cannot write type="blahblah" but we can write name="blahblah" without errors in html.
