That use-case should be covered by the current [syntax](https://drafts.csswg.org/css-fonts-4/#font-style-prop), which lets you say `font-style: oblique 25deg` If you are asking for a way to set both `italic` and `oblique` inside the `font-style` grammar, I suggest you open a separate issue for that.
