Regarding `nav-order: strutural | visual;` it is good idea but still part of elements are fixed positioned, transitioned, animated. The position can change dynamically. Part of elements after displaying static "dialog" box shall be disabled via other mechanism. tab-index=-1 do it currently. Btw. I don't want to calculate degrees (rays). Is here possibility for nav-top/nav-bottom etc set full selector, not only ID selector?
