We gave a report from the Rebooting-the-Web-of-Trust workshop in Prague,
where some of us worked on DID URL Dereferencing and DID Resolver
architectures (see result

We also discussed various ways in which a DID Resolver could "transform"
DID Documents or return results in different formats (see #46
