Right now, we have the following DID method specs without specs (and
individual tracking issues):

   - Consent
      - was in original commit; no contact
      - https://github.com/w3c-ccg/did-method-registry/issues/32
   - Dominode
      - author is ricjcosme; does anyone have an email?
      - https://github.com/w3c-ccg/did-method-registry/issues/29
   - Jolocom
      - has a PR -- yay! Editors need to merge
      - https://github.com/w3c-ccg/did-method-registry/issues/30
   - uPort
      - was in original commit; no contact
      - https://github.com/w3c-ccg/did-method-registry/issues/31
