Re: [AGENDA] W3C Credentials CG Call Tue, June 4th, 12 noon EDT, 9 AM PDT

Hey folks,
The chairs have been working hard on some improvements in response to your
feedback about the new CCG Process. We'll be discussing these, along with
related work item repair, this coming CCG meeting. Because there's a lot to
do, I expect we won't finish during this call, but we'll be iterating in
the background, and revisiting in calls where necessary, to push this
through.

If at all possible, please review items 1 and 2 before the meeting. We'd
like to know ASAP if there's still confusion/weak spots.

1. We've added an intro tl;dr section (with pictures) to the new Work Item
process and cleaned up some confusing points in the text. We are hoping
that the tl;dr is truly a tl;dr, and that only few people will have to read
the rest.

2. We've updated the current work item overview table, hopefully making it
clearer (with links) to the current stage, and what's required to get to
the next stage

*What's Next*:
After we get to a good understanding of the new work item process, the
chairs will be working with you to move work items through the pipeline.
That includes:
- work items that appear to be stuck in the pipeline:
https://github.com/w3c-ccg/community/issues/45
- reviewing new proposed work items:
https://github.com/w3c-ccg/community/issues?q=is%3Aopen+is%3Aissue+label%3A%22proposed+work+items%22

Thanks,
Kim on behalf of chairs
