Re: [AGENDA] W3C Credentials CG Call Tue, February 19th, 12 noon EST, 9 AM PST

I just added an issue that raises some questions I have about the current ABNF that are not address in the PR, simply because the PR was addressing a different matter.

However, the questions raised will need to be resolved before we decide if the current refactoring PR is the best route forward or if another approach is needed.
