DID Working Group Charter progresses to formal W3C vote

Wonderful news, folks... one of the days we've been working so hard for
over the last three years is here!

The DID Working Group Charter has finally progressed to an official W3C
Member vote! The voting is open for 30 days and will close at the end of
this month. Here is the announcement:

It is absolutely vital that we contact as many W3C Advisory Committee
representatives as we can, there are currently 446 of them, to make sure
that they vote in support of the W3C DID Working Group.

Chairs, this is a request to put some time aside to discuss this during
the call this coming week.
